Specific for children age starting 3 till 5 years old to develop their confidence both in and around the water. The lesson combine a flexbile mix of lessons, activities and incentives. It focus on creating fun positive experiences for young children that will not only help them develop physically, but also emotionally, intellectually and socially too. Whilst equipping them with the key safety skills in the water.

– To introduce swimming to them, creating their passion and interest and help them get in love with water.

– Building their water confidence in water, helping to develop basic water movements and sensory skills.

– Help to develop some basic fundamental skills in swimming.

– Strengthening and build their controls over their arms, leg, and body includes coordination.

– Enhancing  their concentration, alertness and perceptual abilities

Designed for children age 6 yeards old & above focusing on strengthening everything from the core to the legs to the arms. Through swimming, children and kids get not only a gentle but effective brain and body workout but also helps foster their growing sense of self-esteem, confidence and independence. Through our Fun & Effective coaching, students will be more passionate in the learning, and being confident and familiar with water and mastered their swimming skills in shortest time frame.

Endurance swimming will improve your fitness along with your mental focus significantly.

Designed specifically for Adult (age 18 years old & above) focusing on mastering the swimming skills, as well building their fitness through water and keep their body fit & agile. We realized that swimming is one low-impact exercise which minimize any sport injury with keeping your joints protected and as well exercising your different muscle groups at the same time. Swimming works to build lean muscle, which improves your metabolism and it is viable workout for anyone, even those with injuries, including arthritis and joint weakness that come with age.

The Water Safety &  Lifesaving program prepares individuals to learn lifesaving and first aid skills and resuscitation techniques from LIFE SAVING SOCIETY MALAYSIA (LSSM) and International Life Saving (ILS). (more…)
